of Loans and Life

Yesterday, Robyn and I killed off the government portion of my student loan. It was the lesser part, but the part that was charging me Prime + 2.5% interest. One gone, one to go.

I’m also sad due to the fact that the two people I work closest with at work (and who I happen to have made fantastic friendships with) are BOTH going on maternity this fall (ok, not so much sad as emotionally conflicted… happy for them, sad for me). So now the joke is that there’s going to be a fall election, just to make things difficult for the other people at work…
