Planet found in ‘habitable zone’ of nearby star
Am I alone when I think… damn, I think it’s time for an interplanetary roadtrip. Of course, assuming you accelerate at roughly the speed of gravity for half a year, hit half the speed of light, and travel at that speed… it would still take you 41 years to get there… It’d be a one way trip. To possibly a planet with a hostile atmosphere. And a gravitational pull of 22m/s^2 (don’t jump off that hill… ahh!). But still!
Although something tells me I wouldn’t be allowed to go. I mean, if you’re going to start a Utopian Earth colony, the first thing you don’t want to send is a politician…

I’m sure there are others but this group will get us a long way.
