So I’m down here in Lethbridge to visit the family, and lo and behold the Scotties Tournament of Hearts is on…
Anyway… Check out this video on TSN.ca. Even if you don’t like curling (but really, who doesn’t like curling!)… you can even skip ahead to 45 seconds or so in and watch from there…

I’ve actually been doing a bit of curling myself with a local law school league we started. It’s tough, but a lot of fun. I’m getting better I think.
Hmm… seems they can tell my internet connection originates from outside of Canada, and they tell me that showing me the video would violate copyright or something. This all seems very odd - I’m fairly certain that no one in the U.S. is trying to make money off showing curling footage to Canadian ex-pats…
Chalk one up for the vagaries of the fantabulous interweb. Although I am very sad that I can’t watch the video.

Make sure you tell your sister that she did a fantastic job for me. Ker and I watched the video tonight and thought Karissa was wonderful. I hope the election prep is going well, and this state of limbo isn’t too frustrating!

Thanks Trevor. It’s been a weird wild ride so far. Got a semester left, then I’m done - God it’s gone quickly. I can’t believe we’re all 7 years out of high school. Crazy.
Damn, I’m not quite as far long taking over the world as I had wanted…
